The ring that skipped the watch
Smart rings are the quiet alternative to a smartwatch: no screen to wake you at night, no bulky strap, just a ring that tracks your sleep and activity. The R12 adds something most rings don't have, a display, so you can check the basics without reaching for your phone.
It charges wirelessly on its dock and syncs everything to the companion app, where you'll find trends for sleep, heart rate, SpO2 and daily activity.
Sizing: sizes run 7 to 13. Measure a ring that fits the finger you plan to use. Smart rings are wellness devices, not medical devices.
